An Extraordinary Holiday Experience Comes to Red Wing

Red Wing, MN – November 10, 2011 - Creating a fun tradition and memorable experience around the holiday season is something that Red Wing does extremely well. The Red Wing Downtown Main Street organization presents the 10th Anniversary of the Red Wing Holiday Stroll. The community of Red Wing puts on its best holiday garb and warmly welcomes everyone to town as they kick off their holiday shopping locally on Friday, November 25, 2011. We invite you to come and experience a memorable, Norman Rockwell-type day away from the big box madness!

The day after Thanksgiving, historic downtown Red Wing is literally transformed with holiday decorations and festivities beginning in the morning with a tasty pancake breakfast. The Elks Holiday Stroll pancake breakfast is open to the public and families are invited to start their day with a delicious breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Tickets can be bought at the door the day of the breakfast.

The Red Wing Holiday Stroll continues to draw people to town by adding new and different exciting events and entertainment each year. Thousands of people experienced all the best of what Red Wing had to offer and many return year after year.

Holiday Stroll events include:

  • Elks Holiday Stroll pancake breakfast
  • Free Chili tasting
